    Condition is written up honestly, including the flaws, and any treatment that affects value or care is disclosed in plain language. If a piece does not pass, we do not sell it as something it is not.

    Take it to any authorised dealer, independent watchmaker or certified gemologist you like. If a piece we sold is ever shown not to be authentic, we refund it in full — no time limit, no conditions.
